Quarter-on-quarter Indirapuram has occupied the first spot in the list of the most preferred locality for sale and rent in Ghaziabad, as per the Apr-Jun 2014 quarter PropIndex, the India Apartment Index report published by Magicbricks.

Located along NH-24, Indirapuram is in close proximity to Noida and Delhi. A hub of IT and multinational companies, Sector 62 in Noida is just 10 minutes drive from here which draws attention of many professionals. “Close proximity to the area with work spaces has raised demand from rent seekers and has also pushed up the capital values,” says Jitendra Mehrotra, director, Pawan Build Home Pvt Ltd.

Indirapuram not only enjoys good metro connectivity but also has good road connectivity. Places, such as Nehru Place and South Extension and the centrally located Connaught Place, are just at a 25 minute drive. Other NCR areas are also easily accessible from Indirapuram via road, metro and local transportation.

“Another reason why the area is preferred for rent or to buy apartments is that it is has come up as an alternate to Noida. Many projects in Noida Extension and the neighboring areas are under legal issues and have been delayed whereas, in Indirapuram, ready-to-move-in apartments are available,” says Ramesh Singh, Proprietor, Krishna Associates.
